To be eligible for BCA a candidate should have passed 12th with Mathematics. Percentage May differ as per colleges. Mathematics is compulsory for BCA candidates as it is helpful while programming and making logics.

Yes you can get admission here as the candidate must be having 50% aggregate in 12th class and you've a great percentage you're eligible.

According to me, B.Sc CS is better than B.Sc IT in financial terms (salary) and that's why it's a little bit difficult than B.Sc IT. Both the courses are good, the choice is yours.
