Chandigarh University is setting the benchmarks when it comes to placements. The list of the recruiters or I should say the Day 1 companies is a very illustrious one. Chandigarh University is the only educational institute in the region to have forged partnerships with more than 200 foreign international universities and this is turn has proved to be detrimental in the success of Chandigarh University. The list of the top MNCs to have recruited students from Chandigarh University is as follows:
Amazon
Microsoft
SAP Labs
VMWare
HP
Deloitte
Cognizant
Sapient
Hitachi
Practo Technologies
Flipkart
Gwynniebee India
Zomato. Com
L& T
TAFE
John D

Hi,
It will be a wrong statement if I say no. Many companies still trust to someone who has a Graduate Degree from a renowned institute/colleges, however to make your profile strong I would advise to pursue IT Professional certification course (s) in parallel.

General MCA, you will have a full time 3 years course but Lateral entry will take your 2 years only. After admission in MCA with lateral entry.
You have to give first year exams also with your 2nd year exams. After completing these two you have same value of degree.

As per the internet research, I don't think like-wise. Had you scored anywhere near 600 to 700, this would have been a great choice.
