There are numerous great colleges. It depends on which country you are thinking of studying in. In the US, the Ivy Leagues are considered the best colleges for example-Harvard. For CS particularly, some of the top ones are- MIT, Caltech, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon University, Harvard and many more. Some of the universities provide need-based financial aid to international students. You will have to check the individual college websites to know more.

At this stage, you should take a look if engineering entrance examinations and the syllabus. Then be ready and do your best to crack that exam it may be JEE Mains. And your rank will decide whether you will get CS or not. As you are in 11 everything is so smooth for you now. Considering the syllabus and pattern of your entrance exam which you will give in your 12 appearing. Make your concepts and fundamental in your PCM and nothing more to do.
