B.Sc IT is a program wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software. And B.Sc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing plus hardware focus.
Among the two, B.Sc IT is designed according to the needs of the IT industry while B.Sc CS enlightens more of theoretical aspects.

If you have more than 75% marks in class 12th, in this case, you do not need JET. You will have to clear PI only.
