Yes, you can ideally however my advice to you is get in touch with university admission counselors for program curricula and any pre-requisite courses you might have to do since you are not from a mechanical background. Check universities in US, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Denmark, Sweden to name a few.

BCA + MCA is considered to be equivalent to B.Tech, in fact many fortune 500 companies prefer a B.Tech or an MCA student so you have to pursue MCA after BCA if you prefer a desired job in an MNC and BCA + MCA will take six year to accomplish where B.Tech is done in four years, you can utilize your years working in your dream company and can gain a lot of industrial experience so choose your courses wisely.
