Hi Amanveer, yes you can. Take your IELTS, for PG level studies you must have an overall of 6.5, this is the most common requirement but every university have different requirements. You must also have sufficient academic grades. Check for the admission requirements on the college's website.

Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year 3 years graduation degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply for admission in MCA postgraduate degree course. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation degree. There are few universities which allow all discipline students to seek admission in MCA. You can evaluate Symbiosis University or IGNOU, etc.
