Following are career options in field of IT:
(a) Development and Testing: In order to have technical career in IT, you require educational qualifications such as B.Tech CS/ IT, BCA-MCA, B.Sc-M.Sc CS/IT.
(b) IT infrastructure support including Desktop, server, networking, Telecom support. Most of these roles are filled by Electronics and Science grads or diploma and degree holders.
(c) Project Management: Technical Professional grow into role of Project Management with Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 etc after few years of development or testing experience. Some MBA IT grads get Project Management opportunities directly.
