Indian IT industry is still the largest new job creator industry. MCA graduates from top universities can easily get you a job. MCA is one of the most accepted qualification for joining IT industry as a Developer and Tester after B.Tech CSE or IT. You can go for higher studies and do M.Tech to become a specialist. A exceptional MCA graduate can grow into the role of PM is six to ten years based on exceptional performance.

If you want to appear for Civil Services Examination, you can choose any subject of your preference in which you are confident of excelling. Civil Services exam is very tough with limited seats. Therefore, you must chose your subject carefully. Nowadays, most of the civil services aspirants go for engineering so that they have an alternate career available if they are not able to crack Civil Services examination.

You can appear in professional certification examination to become a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) by appearing in examination conducted by ED-Council. Certification is achieved by taking the CEH examination after having either attended training at an Accredited Training Center (ATC) or completed through self-study. Candidates are granted the Certified Ethical Hacker credential by passing a proctored CEH exam. The exam is of 4 hours duration with 125 multiple choice questions. The ANSI accredited CEH exam is available at VUE and EC-Council Test Centers. You may refer to following handbook for process to earn CEH.

B.Tech is a technical degree that will give you training on software,design, implementation, and management of information system of both software and hardware processes. B.tech IT deals with installation, development and implementation of computer systems and applications. Whereas BCA is all about applications. It depends on your interest and skills to find which is better for you. B.tech though has more value any day than BCA.
