Hi Sumit,
To study in US, you must take your GRE and TOEFL. GRE is not required in UK and they don't accept TOEFL so you need to take the IELTS. Also, visit university websites for specific admission requirements before you apply.

To get a good job in the IT field, a degree is not sufficient, you need to have strong technical knowledge as well.
