Hello Abhishek,
Facebook, Amazon, etc. aren't dependent on just one programming language, they involve many. A markup language for designing Front End user interface (probably XHTML/CSS), web programming to validate data (probably PHP), security validation for logins and privacy settings (probably JAVA servlets), a background database to store information (probably SQL/Oracle Database), a pipeline to connect the user interface to the database (probably JDBC/ODBC). Along with these, there could be many more programming languages being used as per the requirement.
Building such an application isn't the job of a single person. It involves a

CCNA after B.Com will not provide you too many opportunities. CCNA is a certification course. To take maximum benefit of CCNA after B.Com, you should first enrol into a computer based regular course like MCA and pursue CCNA along with it.

(a) B Tech Computer Science/ Information Technology
(b) BCA-MCA
(c) MCA after graduation in any subject
(d) M.Sc IT/ CS
(e) Software certifications
(f) Postgraduate Diploma etc.
You can chose an option based on your basic education at +2 level.
