Hey Dhawal, actually I am in mitsom so I don't know much about mitcom. You can contact them directly for your query.
For construction management I have not heard much about mitcom. NICMAR in Pune is very good you can try for that.

If you are good at programming, you can learn basic programming languages like Php, Dot Net or Java. You can also opt for courses like SAP, cloud computing or data analytics courses which are not that easy but you can get a really good package by doing these courses.
