You can have following options to work in IT industry after B.Com:
(a) MBA to join in pre-sales, sales and account management roles.
(b) MBA with industry specialization such banking, healthcare, travel etc with IIBA certification to become a business analyst.
(c) MCA to become developer if you had maths in +2 stage.

For construction management I have not heard much about mitcom. NICMAR in Pune is very good you can try for that.
