I think BCA would be a better option but to get jobs in some of the reputed IT Companies, only BCA is not enough. You need to go for a Post Graduation degree such as MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Sc CS, MBA IT, etc.

BCA graduates are employed by small and medium size IT companies as developers and testers. BCA graduates can also join IT departments of enterprises. They can move to large IT companies and MNCs after few years of experience.

Well the faculty for abesec is quite good
Most of these teachers studied are from reputed colleges
and as for placement for MCA it is around 60%

B.Tech CSE in Cloud Computing & Security System will restrict your career option to a very narrow field. CSE provides students wider career options. Therefore, I am of the opinion that B.Tech CSE is a better option. You may opt for specilaisation as PG level.
