Hi Jatin,
Yes, HTML is a programming language.
HTML, which stands for HyperText Mark-Up Language, is the language for describing structured documents as well as the language used to create web pages in the Internet. The language is based on an existing, international formatting standard SGML, Standard Generalized Mark-Up Language, which is used for text processing.

Hi Praveen, start researching on the colleges for requirements and deadlines, prepare accordingly. Applicants for game designing must ideally have a strong foundation in mathematics and must have studied a visual arts subject. A portfolio of artwork will be required as well. Further requirements will vary depending on whether you want to do a Bachelor's or a master's program and precisely which country. You haven't mentioned any of those.

Even I.P. University is also giving chance to non maths background students but you need to study maths as a subject in BCA for 2 years and trust it's not at all tough it's upto 12th level only.

N.D.A examination.
C.D.S examination.
SSC(Technical)
NCC Special Entry
You are not eligible to appear for N.D.A examination because to appear for this examination.The applicant's age should have a minimum 16.5 years and maximum 19 years at the time of appearing and the applicants must have passed the intermediate examination from a recognised School.This examination is conducted twice in a year by Union Public Service Commission.So,I think you are already crossed 19 years so you are not eligible to apply for this examination.
