1). ignou is a top distance university.
2). but they don't know the working condition of some jobs like civil engr.(12hrs.job), software job(say24hrs).
3) doing these jobs, who have time to write "ASSIGNMENTS" for their courses like
BCA & BTCM
4) so choose any local university, which not ask for assignments, finally decision is urs . .

Both are similar to each other with minor difference in electives. You may chose any based on Institutes reputation, faculty, facilities etc.

Or you may tell us your interest areas and accordingly we can guide you with the courses.

Hi dear,
MCA stands on Masters in Computer Application.
MCA required you must have complete your graduation.
MCA also required candidate must have maths in higher studies.
So now you are bcom pass student ,but if you don't have maths in higher studies you can not do MCA.But if u have passed higher studies with maths so you are eligible for MCA.

You can surely apply for software engineering jobs after MCA from a recognized university. If you want to do M.Tech. in computer science field then you can do it after completion of MCA. You can't apply for M.Tech. just after BCA. Almost all major software companies do recruit MCA for the post of software executives which is offered to B.Tech. graduates.
You will have to apply off campus because most companies don't recruit MCA on campus. You can apply in TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc all major companies.
The eligibility criteria for the job in these companies is general throughout 60% academics i.e. 60% in 10th,12th,Graduation and Post Grad
