Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering MCA admission is completely entrance-based. The college accepts the scores of PGCET/ KMAT. The college accepts the scores of these state-based entrance exams. Candidates with a valid score in any of the following entrance exams, followed by counselling can get admission to the DSCE MCA course. PGCET Score is a must for Government Quota Students.

The admission of students to the JLU Bhopal MCA programme is conducted on two basis, merit obtained in the qualifying examination and students performance in the personal interview round. JLU Bhopal has not yet released the placement statistics for the MCA programme. However, the overall placement report for 2023 is available. As per the report, the the highest package offered during the 2023 placement drive stood at INR 14.25 LPA. Moreover, during the placement drive held in 2021, the highest package offered stood at INR 15 LPA.
Other than this, it is known that JLU Bhopal maintains a good network of recruiters. As per official sources, HCL, Airtel, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Deloitte, Wipro, etc., are some of the top recruiters who have participated in past years placements.
