Yes, someone who has not done a BCA in graduation can pursue an MCA course, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria for the program. Candidates can have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, such as BCA, BSc, BTech, or BA, also it depends on colleges as some of the colleges demand to have maths in class 12 or graduation.

CT Institute of Management and Technology offers merit-based admission to BCA. To be eligible for admission, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria i.e. pass Class 10 and Class 12 or 3 years Diploma from a recognised board. Yes, you can pursue BCA programme from JIS College of Engineering provided you fulfil the admission criteria stated by the college. The college accepts students for the course based on entrance exam scores. JISCE provides the BCA programme through its Department of Computer Applications. Students who have passed Class 12 with relevant subjects from a recognised board and have a valid CET score may apply for the course.

Accordin to the official website of Kristu Jayanti College, a candidate who has passed Class 12/PU/Pre-University/equivalent examination in the stream of Science, Arts or Commerce is eligible to take admission to the BCA programme of the college. However, they must have scored a minimum of 40% in the qualifying examination to be eligible for BCA admission at Kristu Jayanti College. Additionally, they must possess the necessary documents supporting their eligibility at admission.
