DMIHER's online BCA programme does offer direct admission without the need for an entrance exam. However, for the traditional on campus BCA programme DMIHER may have a different admission process that may include entrance exams or merit based selection. You will likely need to have a 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board to be eligible for admission. The minimum percentage requirement for your 10+2 exam could be about 45% to 50%.

DMIHER requirement is to pass 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. English and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. The BCA programme gets a large number of candidates for a small number of seats. The competition can be difficult. DMIHER doesn't have an entrance test for BCA. A good 10+2 score, especially in Maths and Computer (if offered) will be helpful.
