The basic pre requisite and qualification for pursuing ADCA course is a pass degree in 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with Computers as one of the course from a recognised college or university. The minimum eligibility may however vary from institute to institute.

The minimum cutoff of BCA at VIT Vellore. A pass in any stream with minimum overall aggregate of 65% with Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Applied Mathematics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination 10+2 or equivalent. So aggregate marks above 65% in 12th are good enough for getting BCA.
