IMS Noida accepts fees in various forms. The students can visit the college website and make payment. In addition, they can submit their fees through bank transfers, demand drafts, and in cash. The students who are not able to make a full-time payment can pay in instalments. The students can visit the official website to get bank details such as IFSC and account number.

The fees for general category students is INR 1000 for three subjects and INR 400 each for an additional subject. Similarly, for OBC, the fees are INR 900 for three subjects and INR 375 each for an additional subject. For SC/ST/PWD fees is INR 800 for three subjects and INR 350 each for additional subjects. The students must pay their application fee to confirm their seat at IMS Noida MCA course.

The candidates who want to get into IMS Noida MCA course must obtain a UG degree in BCA. The degree should be from a recognised university. The minimum marks required for the UG in BCA course is 50%. For SC/ST students, these are 45%. Students have to get a valid score in the entrance exam, which is CUET (earlier known as UPCET).
