Each state & university has its own criteria to take the admission. Some of the universities takes the admission through its own entrance exam & some take the admission on the basis of merit list. Try to score minimum 50 to 60% in class 12th to get admission in a good college.

Admission to MCA courses is done through the merit-based as well as entrance examination based. Various entrance exams are conducted at the national level (NIMCET) or state level (MAH CET, UPSEE, etc.) and University level (BHU PET, VITEEE, etc) to shortlist eligible candidates for the course.
MCA or Master of Computer Application admission is mostly done through entrance exams conducted at various levels.
