Dear Mohan, B.Sc. CS is Good course as compared to BCA as it has great theoretical knowledge and Electronics background, So after completing B.Sc. CS you can definitely go for Human computer interaction course if you are interested in particular field.

Hi. Thorough research must be done about companies which are making it to the campus for placements. Read about the patterns of their written exams and catch a glimpse on the kind of questions that an interviewer asks. Make sure you are aware with algorithms, structures, operating systems, and data structures.

BCA is considered to be a very good option for students of Commerce and Humanities. This is because since there is a good number of professional courses available for Science stream students. But Commerce and Humanities stream students do not have much options for professional courses.

BCA graduates have good job prospects both in the government and private sector companies. After successfully passing their BCA course, students can easily find lucrative job opportunities in leading IT companies like Oracle, IBM, Infosys and Wipro.

In BE or B.Tech you will study about engineering along with the computer subjects but in MCA and BCA you will mostly learn about computer technologies and programming. There are several companies which only asks for engineering students whereas some companies used to hire BCA/MCA candidates mostly. So my final suggestion is if you have done 12th with PCM then go with BE or B.Tech in IT/CS otherwise opt for BCA.
