Cosmetology is an area of study and a career that focuses on hair, skin, and nails. Cosmetologists can do both hair and nails, or focus their careers in one area. With additional training and education a cosmetologist can also be an esthetician. Esthetics focuses on skin care only.

I think cosmetology is much in demand as compared to dermatology because more and more people nowadays are beauty conscious and spend lot of money on the same while there are lesser number of people who suffers from any disease relating to skin,hair, nail etc

1) Yes, you can pursue the course. To be eligible for beautician - cosmetology course, there is no specific entry qualification to enter the field except for an interest, inclination and the desire to keep learning. It is the experience and hands on practice that counts.

After completing B.Sc Nursing, there are many course options available to build a career in your desired field. You may go for :
-M.Sc Nursing
-MBA in Hospital Management
-MPH (Public Health)
But, as you have shown interest in MBA, you may opt for MBA in Hospital Management.
2)
In order to pursue MBA health / hospital management from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. You need to sit for the entrance exam. Some colleges might require MBA entrance exam scores.
