Greetings! Dear, Congratulations on having to pursue a career as a counsellor, first and foremost. You could pursue a Ph.D. in psychology, in my opinion. If you are a student in a respectable institution and are above average, Mech/Elec/E&C/E&I/Chem are all good options. Given the current infrastructural binge in the nation, even peaceful discourse is preferable.

The minimum HSC percentage required for appearing in MHT CET exam is 45% for general category and 40 for BC/EWS/PWD candidates of Maharashtra. So you are eligible for MHT CET. Further if you are doing well in MHT CET than can get CSE also.
