CA foundation exams can be given after passing out in 12th. It has 4 subjects of 100 marks each
P1 accounts
p2 Law and BCR
p3 Maths LR, Stats
p4 Eco and BCK
In order to pass CA foundation exams you need score 40 marks in each subject and 200 as aggregate.

Yes, wait for caps, there are admissions going on in some colleges even after the starting of the term. Also, look for admission against cancellation after the 4th cap, on the official website of colleges.
