No, you cannot get admission to PSN College of Engineering and Technology's B.E. or B.Tech course without TNEA:

Admission process

The college uses the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process for B.Tech admissions. This process is overseen by Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility

Candidates are selected based on their performance in the HSC (+2) exam and the TNEA counseling.

Management quota

Candidates may also be able to get admission directly under the Management Quota.

You can visit the college's official website or contact the admissions office for more information about the admission process.

It is possible to take direct admission into Velammal Engineering College to join the B.E./ B.Tech programme without TNEA. However, entry through the management quota comes with its own administrative form. You would have to fulfil the requirements that the college lays down for students under the management quota The fee structure for the seats under management quota is also slightly steeper and vary in a range of Rs 2.5 Lacs to Rs 3 Lacs per annum.

The admission procedure followed at Jayamatha Engineering College in the B.E. / B.Tech courses depends strictly on their ranking in TNEA counseling. It is an entrance-based course, and the students should have a minimum 50 % aggregate in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics. With a view to admission, the college follows TNEA ranks, whereas the conceded seats depends on the government norms. There is no need to take the entrance exam for separately.
