CPGET question paper includes different objective types. These are multiple choice questions, analogies, classification, matching, and comprehension-based questions. Some questions may have more than one correct answer. So candidates must read carefully.

CPGET exam is of 90 minutes duration. Each paper has 100 multiple-choice questions are based only on prescribed syllabus. Some questions may have more than one correct answer.

As per previous year trends, CPGET 2026 exam is expected to be conducted in August 2026. Final exam dates will be officially announced on university website before exam.

Yes, candidates must paste a passport-size photograph on the CPGET admit card. The photo should be the same as used in the application form. You also need to self-attest the photograph before going to the exam centre.

The first step is downloading CPGET Admit Card 2026. It is released at least one week before the exam on the official website of Osmania University. Without the admit card, candidates cannot appear for the exam.

CPGET application fee is INR 800 for General and OBC candidates. And INR 600 for SC, ST, and PH candidates. For each additional subject, all candidates must pay an extra INR 450.

Documents are required while filling CPGET application form are copies of a passport-size photo, signature, Aadhaar number, and certificates: caste, EWS, income, and PH certificate if applicable. Keep all documents ready before starting application process.

You can apply for CPGET 2026 only in online mode. Visit official CPGET website, do registration, fill application form, upload documents, and pay application fees. Offline applications are not accepted for CPGET.

For the Faculty of Commerce, any graduate can apply. For MEd, a BEd degree with required marks is needed. For MPEd, a B.P.Ed degree with minimum marks is compulsory.
