The ICSI CS Executive question paper will consist of both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Descriptive type questions. ICSI notified that CS Executive question paper will consist of 20% case-based objective type questions and 80% descriptive questions at all papers at Executive Programme except Paper No. 4 i.e. Corporate Accounting and Financial Management which is 100% descriptive.

ICSI CS admit card June 2025 will be released on ICSI official website. Candidates who will enroll for the June 2025 examination, will be able to download the CS Executive admit card or CS Professional admit card from the following offiical websites:

The application process for Retired Army Man concession in CS Executive requires presenting essential documentation that features an official retired army certificate from the appropriate authority. Wards of retired defense personnel receive 50% offset on their registration fees through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Wards of retired defense personnel can obtain half-price concession which brings down INR 8,500 registration fee to INR 4,250. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) administers the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). The CSEET registration fee is currently INR 2,000.
The date of the CSEET May 2025 exam is set for May 3, 2025.
In terms of age eligibility, applicants must have graduated from an accredited university or finished their Class 12 exam. The age requirement for CSEET eligibility is not specified.

To access the ICSI CS Executive or CS Professional enrollment form, admit card or results, candidates must enter the ICSI login details. Aspirants must enter the ICSI registration number and examination roll number to access the services provided by ICSI. The login details are created at the time of registration. Candoidates must esnure to save the ICSI login details until the course completion.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India released the CS Executive and CS Professional June 2025 examination toppers soon after the declaration of results. ICSI declared the CS Executive June 2025 result and CS Professional June 2025 result on August 25, 2025 at 2 PM and 11 AM respectively. On declaration of results, candidates can check the list of top 3 candidates and ICSI CS June 2025 merit list for CS Executive and CS Professional examinations.

ICSI will issue the CS Executive scorecard December 2025 in online mode only. Candidates who will appear for the CS Executive Dec 2025 examination must download the scorecard online when released. To download the ICSI scorecard for CS Executive 2025 candidates must enter the CS Executive roll number and ICSI registration number.
ICSI will announce the CS Executive result 2025 on February 25, 2026. ICSI will not issue the CS Executive scorecards offline. Candidates must ensure to download and take the print of the scorecard for future reference.

Candidates must enter the CS Executive roll number and ICSI registration number to view the scorecard. Candidates will not be issued the physical copy of the CS Executive scorecard. Aspirants can download the CS executive result June 2025 online only.
