No you can't apply CSEET, if not passed 12th. The eligibility criteria of CSEET-2024 is given below.
Education qualification: Should have passed or appearing in 12th.
Age: Minimum 17 years. No upper age limit.

ICSI prescribes CSEET 2024 syllabus. The syllabus is designed to test the knowledge of the candidates pertaining to critical aspects of Business Communication and essentials of English Grammar. The syllabus of CSEET is divided into four papers viz., Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic & Business Environment, Current Affairs, Presentation & Communication Skills. Out of these sections, the easiest one will be based on the ability and skill of the candidate. The main difference between the old and new syllabus for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) are that the new syllabus has more subjects, including Quantitative Aptitude in Part 4. The Viva Voce section has been removed from the new syllabus, starting with the November 2023 session. The new syllabus of CSEET only allows entry to the CS course through CSEET. In the new syllabus, all papers except Paper 4 have 20% case-based objective-type questions and 80% descriptive questions. The new syllabus has two elective papers instead of one paper. The new syllabus has two groups instead of three.

The CSEET Mock Test for students appearing in the July 2024 session was conducted on 3rd July 2024. The ICSI CSEET mock test on November 2024 date will be announced. ICSI will conduct the CSEET mock test 2024 in the first week of November 2024. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India releases the CSEET mock test to help candidates become familiar with the exam pattern, mode of examination, and syllabus it is necessary to take mock test. The CSEET exam 2024 for the November session is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2024. Shiksha has also provided several mock test papers for the benefit of the students.

CSEET shall be conducted through REMOTE Proctored mode instead of conducting the same from Test Centres. Candidates are allowed to appear for the CSEET using their own laptop or desktop from home/ such another convenient and isolated place. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear in CSEET by using a Mobile Phone, Tablet, Palmtop, etc. The duration of CSEET shall be 2 Hours, i.e. 120 minutes. The registration fee for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) in 2024 is INR 2,000 per student per appearance, which includes the cost of both parts of the CSEET Guide. Some categories of candidates may be eligible for discounts. Students can register online at icsi.edu.
The CSEET exam is held four times a year, in January, May, July, and November. The November 2024 exam is scheduled for November 9, 2024, and the last date for registration is October 15, 2024.

ICSI CSEET admit card 2026 for October session has been released at icsi.edu. Only candidates who registered on or before last date can download the admit card online. Candidates must show the CSEET admit card online, without which they will not be permitted to take the exam.

Result for the CSEET 2024 Examination was out on May 16th, 2024 at 2 PM by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates can download the same by logging in to the official website.
