Hello, I think you should refer study materials instead of books. This is because, many books in the market are not covering the complete syllabus of CSIR NET Exam. So, you may miss out on important topics. I would suggest you to go for study materials only. It covers the entire syllabus of CSIR NET Exam. CSIR NET Exam will be conducted in July 2020. So, from now you should solve as many previous years question papers as possible. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Also take online mock tests to analyze your preparation level. Best of Luck.

The Science stream candidates can apply for CSIR NET exam which is similar to UGC NET exam conducted to determine the eligibility criteria for assistant professor and JRF. The CSIR NET exam is held in five subjects in life Science, mathematical Science, physical Science, chemical and earth Science subjects. The CSIR NET exam is divided in three sections. a candidate can appear for the CSIR NET exam Earth Science with a Masters degree in Geography if he/she fulfill all the eligibility criteria of the exam, As per the qualification they can apply for the CSIR NET Earth Sciences. Provided the fulfill below criteria -

Yes, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam but to get the benefit of the exam, you have to clear your all backs within 2 years. Below, I have provided you CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria. You can check them and apply for the CSIR NET 2020 Exam before 30th June 2020. You can check the complete procedure from . Candidates must have a M.Sc.
