Yes, you can fill the CTET application form, but it won't be deemed valid, it will be considered valid if you fill the CTET form next year.

Hello,
The minimum passing marks required in order to become eligible in CTET for OBC category are 55% (82.5/150). Hence you are eligible for government's teaching jobs. Further, the validity of CTET mark sheet is valid for 7 years from the date of declaration of the result. Hence there is no need to do CTET again.

Your question paper will already come in Hindi as u choose Hindi during form fill-up. So, it would be a difficulty during the exam to change the language unless they got extra papers.

Without B.Ed, you can't appear in CTET. After completion of B.Ed, you will be eligible for that.
