Definitely not, for appearing CTET exam in primary teacher grade, you need HSC+D. Ed/D. El. Ed. For TGT grade UG+B.Ed. For PGT, you need PG+B.Ed as the eligibility criteria. NET exam is only for College level. All the best for your future.

CTET is a common teaching eligibility test it is conducted by CBSE and it is not a tough exam but you should have good basic knowledge of GK, maths, English and reasoning.
