If you belongs to general category then 90 marks are mandatory for qualifying CTET, but don't worry. Next time, you do better and secured more marks.

No, you haven't any chance now, as minimum qualifying marks is 90 for general category.

No, you are not qualified, as qualification marks for reserved category is 82 marks.

There is no chance of increasing the marks, as result is out. If you made any objection after answer key, there is a chance if you were right on your objection point.
