Eligibility to pursue a career in hotel management:
Students who have successfully completed their 10+2 are eligible and can pursue a degree, diploma, or a certificate course in the field.
If you have completed your graduation then you will be eligible for the post graduate program in hotel management.

Hi,
If you mean BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management) then please remember it is not necessary to know cooking to be eligible to pursue this course.
During this course curriculum you will be taught about various cooking techniques and preparation of multi cuisine food.
So do not worry you may surely pursue this course.
In order to pursue BHM you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
