Yes, you can get admission to a college in Thanjavur for a CSE Cyber Security specialisation with your scores.

Yes. You can get admission into CSE or ECE with 80-90 percentile in JEE Main in institutes such as NIT Puducherry, NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Raipur etc.

Some law colleges in India that offer admission without an entrance test include: 
SRM University, School of Law
Geetham University
Banasthali University

But most of the students prefer to get admission through national entrance exams like CLAT, AILET and LSAT India.

Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) is a 4 year programme. The Institute offers it with an annual intake of 240 students. Offered in affiliation with Anna University, BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) is offered based on merit and entrance.
