Well, you can do a Diploma and graduation simultaneously. You can start a Diploma in any engineering course on a regular basis and pursue Graduation from some open universities like IGNOU it's completely valid but when you will apply for government jobs you can use only one Certificate as per my knowledge but you can use both in private jobs. But I would suggest it is not the right way to proceed even if it permits. You should stick to one path, complete it and then go for another. Keep learning.

Hello Sagar Kumar Shah, no. It's not the case that only mechatronics has a future in India. Let me assure you that civil engineering itself has great potential and if you like the subject then should do graduation only in this branch. Best wishes to you.

Only two colleges provide Diploma in Taxation at Kolkata
North Bengal University
NSOU Netaji Subhas Open University
It's a 1-year Certificate course. Main eligibility 10 +2 qualification but most colleges select through Entrance exam and that is IPU CET. For either of the admission process, candidates are required to fill out the online application form and submit the required documents and application fees beforehand. The admission authorities verify the details of applicants and send them the admission offer letter. So contact these colleges personally for further information.
