Applying for any further courses requires the submission of your class 10th mark-sheet at the particular institution. So if you want to get back your lost mark-sheet simply download the lost mark-sheet form, fill it up and submit it at the CBSE Patparganj office in Delhi or at the regional office of your state. The charges for issuance of mark-sheet on non-urgent basis is Rs 100 and for urgent basis it's 200. If you are from state board, submit the application at your state board office.

Clinical Breas Examination (CBE) test is the physical examination of chest done by the medical health care workers to check for any lump or any other changes. Physical test is done to check out the over all physical health of a person. Medical test include several other test like blood examination to check for the proper physiology of body inside. Can you please give specific college information. For CSE branch the last cutoff rank was around 8000 in VITEEE after Diploma. If you can score above 113 then there is a good chance that you can get admission with CSE branch. It is little bit hard because there is too much competition for getting seats in CSE for VIT college.
