Yes, you can surely do M.Tech in Dairy Technology after doing B.Tech in CSE.
The basic eligibility criteria is that Candidates should possess a graduation degree in dairy technology with the minimum required percentage (usually 50% - 60%) as stipulated by a university/ college.

Yes, you can. Cut-off will be prepared by the college you have selected. it will be based on your overall performance in class 12th science and marks in the entrance exam.
