DCET exam is only for Karnataka-origin candidates who have studied for at least 10+ years with Karnataka Technical Education Board. The authorities will ask for proof at the time of registration. When the candidate fills the DCET application form ID which is provided by the Department Of Technical Education has to be uploaded. It will be verified if the student has studied in Karnataka for at least of 10+ years.

The DCET application fee has to be paid while submitting the application form. The DCET application form will not be accepted without paying the fee. The application form fee can be paid in online mode.
