No, it may be a bit difficult, but not impossible.
Every course has different eligibility criteria. You need to read the eligibility of the course you want to take for admission in. It's not impossible you just need to work hard. You need to clear 12th standard with minimum grades for undergraduate admission. All the Undergraduate and post-graduate programs admission will be based on the merits. The student must graduate with the minimum marks required for post graduate admission.

The colleges in Delhi offering BBA course with fees less than 80k INR are as follows:
- Keshav Mahavidyalaya - University of Delhi
- Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies - University of Delhi

Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai is one of the top technical Universities in chennai which has NIRF Ranking of - 64. It is an Autonomous college affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai even has a good campus placement record. It has good competition amongst its students so It is not that hard to get a seat in this college. Also it depends on which branch we are willing to go but we need a good ranking to join this college.
