No, Delhi domicile is not necessary for DTU B.Tech lateral entry.

But here's what you should know:

Important Points:

DTU allows students from all over India to apply for lateral entry into B.Tech (after diploma).

Delhi students get 85% of the seats, and 15% seats are for students from outside Delhi.

So, if you are not from Delhi, you can still apply, but competition may be a bit higher for the 15% seats.

Eligibility:

You must have a 3-year Diploma in engineering

Minimum 60% marks in Diploma (some relaxation for reserved categories).

Admission will be determined based on the score from your CUET UG exam. However, the competition is stiff. There is no cut-off score, but the selected students have usually scored much higher than average. You will need to register from the Delhi University CSAS portal and include SSCBS as one of your preferences. If your CUET score is equal to or above the cut-off score for your category, you will have a good chance of getting a place. Be sur

Candidates should take into account a number of living and educational expenses while pursuing MCh. at ILBS Delhi. Students may still have to pay for books, clinical supplies, test fees, and housing even though the tuition may be less expensive than at many private universities. Candidates should evaluate the return on investment they are getting against their expenses from the institute.

Yes, final year students can apply for admission at ILBS Delhi if their final results have not been declared. The institute may offer them provisional admission in this case. However, since admissions to this course is entrance-based, the candidate must submit the entrance marksheet if they have appeared for UGC NET and certificate for their graduation once the results are declared. Only then the admission will be confirmed.

Yes, for taking admission in PhD course at ILBS Delhi, candidates must appear for an entrance exam. The exam accepted for PhD course is UGC NET. However, if the candidate has not appeared for it, they have to appear for the ILBS Delhi written exam which as the name suggests, is conducted by the institute itself. After clearing the exams, a personal interview round is conducted at the institute which is the final step for admission.
