No, University of Delhi does not offer direct admission to its BCom courses. Earlier, the selection was done based on aspirants Class 12 performance. Now, the aspirants have to appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Thus, aspirants of BCom at DU must take the exam and secure a valid score that meet the cutoff criteria.
