Both SPA Delhi and Vishwakarma University are good options to pursue MDes. However, in terms of affordability,  SPA Delhi is more affordable since the tuition fees to pursue MDes at SPA Delhi is INR 1.8 lakh,  and the tuition fee to pursue MDes at Vishwakarma University is INR 7.5 lakh.

The total tuition fee for BDes courses at UID Delhi-NCR Campus ranges from INR 24 Lacs to INR 40 lakh. After completing the application form, appearing and securing a good score in UID DAT followed by a Portfolio evaluation and personal interview. The candidates are required to submit a certain amount of course fees in the stipulated period. Check out the per-semester fee below:

You can refer NIRF ranking and consider other factors like fees, location etc. 

 

In my view DU is slighlt bigger brand.

No, all the Delhi University colleges offer admission to undergraduate courses through CUET only. However, if a candidate wants to get admission to the University of Delhi without CUET score, they can apply for DU School of Open Learning (DU SOL). The admission at DU SOL is done based on merit scores in Class 12.

Yes, each Delhi University college releases a separate merit list for the UG courses offered by them. Candidates who have filled out the DU CSAS UG form and are eligibile for admission can check the DU CUET cut off marks at their CSAS UG profile at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
