For getting admission to Delhi Technical University for a Computer Science course without JEE I don't think there is any way. I also cleared JEE with 99.2 percentile and applied for DTU or many of my friends studied CSE in DTU with their JEE Mains rank so, I don't think without a good JEE rank you get admission to DTU CSE branch.

You can also pursue an M.A. in English after a bachelor's degree in engineering. However, it may be more challenging if you haven't studied English, communication, or arts at the undergraduate level. Please give CUET PG and participate in DU's counseling.

Yes, you can still apply for Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) even if you have not cleared GATE and CUET PG exams. Admission to IGDTUW is based on different entrance exams and while GATE and CUET are accepted for some programs, different courses have different criteria and exams. For example JEE main score is accepted for B.Tech courses. It is important to check the specific entry requirements of your desired programme to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the application is correct.

Gurudeva Media and Animation College in New Delhi is the best college in Delhi University (DU) for studying B.Sc in Animation and VFX because it has good learning facilities and low fees. By all means, if you want quality education on Animation or VFX at an affordable price then this college is just what you need. DU does not offer any B.Sc in Animation and VFX.
