No, Delhi University has discontinued its D.El.ED program. However, you can apply for other related courses such as B.Ed, B.EL.ED, B.P.ED, D.ED, M.ED, M.P.ED from Delhi University. If you are intended to pursue a D.El ED Course only then you can consider following government colleges for admisssion:

  1. Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University
  2. Maulana Azad National Urdu University
  3. Dayalbagh Educational Institute [DEI]

The hostel fees at the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) in the University of Delhi range from INR 2.4 K to INR 3.6 L for 2–3 years. The University of Delhi offers hostel facilities to both male and female students. The sharing hostel facilities were provided by the institute with low hostel charges to be paid. However, the rooms were big.

To be eligible for an MD in Psychiatry at the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) in Delhi, you must meet the following criteria:

Have an MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate that is recognised by the NMC Act, 2019

Have a permanent or provisional registration certificate for MBBS from the NMC or the State Medical Council.

No, the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) is a government-funded, autonomous institute under the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT): 

Funding: IHBAS is jointly funded by the Government of India's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the GNCT of Delhi. 

Registration: IHBAS is registered under the Societies Act of 1860. 

Administration: IHBAS is administered by the Delhi Government.
