University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi offers multiple undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs.For getting admission into UGs programs for instance MBBS aspirants are required to crack a competitive exam termed as NEET. This is an all-India exam which is considered as an entry card for getting into UCMS.Hence, NEET is a major deciding factor in determining your eligibility. Other factors such as cut-off, number of seats and category (SC/ST/EWS/OBC/GEN) can be considered.

Both are the prominent institutions in the field of medical sciences in India which are located in New Delhi.
Jamia Hamdard offers 188 courses while UCMS which is affiliated with DU offers only 30 courses.According to India today 2023, UCMS Delhi is ranked in 10th position under Medical Category while Jamia Hambard overall NIRF ranking is 49 in India. DU entrance exam is mandated for the admission in UCMS. It has been accredited with Grade B+ by NAAC while Jamia Hambard accredited with Grade A. If we talk about placements then the average package is 5.00 Lacs in UCMS while in Jamia Hambard it is INR 2.27 Lakh.

No, its is not compulsory at college of Arts, University of Delhi because as per the Delhi High Court rejected a plea to set up compulsory dormitory facilities for D.U. students and ruled that these provisions are not laid down in varsity rules. and also College of Arts, University of Delhi does not even have their own hostel facilities for there own students also. But if you want to live in hostel and enjoy the hostel life you can stay in hostels nearby the college of arts, University of Delhi or you can also stay in PGs nearby which provide good facililties at afforable prices range. No, there is no hostel facility in the College of Arts, University of Delhi.But there in a girls dormitory nearby just by walking for 10 minutes, nothing out of the college. The rooms and facilities are all right. There are PG where students who come from far places can stay. There are few hostels for working women where they also allow college of art students at a subsidized amount. There's also very cheap accommodation/hostels and mess. The hostels are clean and well maintained there's two and three bedroom rooms, but there are very few rooms available, and availability depends on the management criteria. No, you cannot migrate from IP University to DU University for the course of BA LLB. Migration is not allowed in IP University after the first year of studies.

In its 68 affiliated colleges, DU alone has 71,000 seats for more than 78 UG courses. In its affiliated colleges, the total number of students at DU for BA is more than 12,000.
