In the case of DU through CUET, the merit and eligibility of candidates will not be directly influenced by the performance in the 6th additional subject (Math) even at the Class 12 level so long as you meet the mandated CUET subject combination rules, applicable to your DU programme of choice. To complete a Distance BA (Programme) at DU SOL, one typically requires having already cleared Class 12 or its equivalent. In BA (Hons.) courses applying the aggregate percentage to be maintained is more, say about 65% in Class 12 and then according to the Honours specialization, one has to fulfil the subject specifications. It does not have any age restriction. DU SOL does not require CUET UG to take admission; it offers direct admission depending on the 10+2 marks you have!

DU does not provide any part-time LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) does not recognize LLB courses that are offered through correspondence, online, open, or distance learning modes. The BCI believes that evening classes are not suitable for providing the necessary training and rigor to produce competent legal professionals.
The BCI also requires that only those who have attended a full-time course and maintained 75% attendance throughout are eligible to receive a license to practice law.
