A. The aspirants of BCom and BCom (Hons) are required to apply for CUET UG before registering on the DU portal. After registration for the exam, students must pay the registration fee which is as follows:

Candidates also have to pay an additional application fee which is charged on account of DU CSAS registration after the result for CUET UG is out. It is INR 250 for General category students and INR 100 for SC/ST/PWD/EWS. In addition, there is a cancellation fee of INR 1000 for students who wish to cancel their enrolment.

At the undergraduate level, the University of Delhi offers full-time BCom and BCom (Hons) programmes which are considered two of the most competitive courses offered by the constituent colleges of the varsity. The duration of both programmes is three years. Admission to these courses was subject to merit in Class 12 till 2021. However, starting in 2022, admission for all the UG courses at DU is based on CUET (conducted by NTA). The criteria for BCom (Hons) admission at DU is as follows:

In recent years of placements, the lowest package offered was INR 5 LPA. Further, the average package stood at INR 8 LPA. The table below mentions the DU SOL placement package details for the past few years:

As per the Shiksha students' reviews, DU SOL does not conduct any hiring process. In recent years, 70% to 80% of students have managed to receive good job opportunities. Further, the highest package offered in the past few years was INR 30 LPA. Some of the leading companies that offered job roles were Wipro, Amazon, TCS, and many others. In addition to this, around 60% of students received internships in recent years. Some of the top roles offered were Tax Consultant, Bank Manager, Account Manager, etc.

At the undergraduate level, the University of Delhi offers BSc (Hons) across over 10 specialisations which offer merit-based admission to the students up until 2021. However, starting 2022, DU admission to all the UG courses are conducted via CUET UG. CUET-UG is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the NTA for admission to all undergraduate courses in various central universities, including the University of Delhi.

At the undergraduate level, the University of Delhi offers BA (Hons) across 29 specialisations out of which 23 offered merit-based admission and the remaining offered entrance-based (DUET) admission to the students till 2021. Additionally, the University also offers BA Prog. course across multiple subject combinations (across different colleges) in which admission is completely based on merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12.
