No you cant take admission in two colleges at the same time. You can only take admission at a single college at a single time. If you want to take admission to another college you have to withdraw from the older and apply to the next one.

No, they simply allot you colleges list does not comes, but yes if you opt out from the 1st allocation next college is allocated to you.

This type of migration process involves students from other universities applying for admission in 3rd semester of UG courses offered by DU. The migration is allowed only under the circumstances if the parents or guardians of the students reside in Delhi or are migrating to Delhi.

At Delhi University, the Department of Computer Science under the Faculty of Mathematical Science offers MCA. You'll be allowed the department itself, not colleges. There are in total 46 seats in DU MCA and classes are held in the department itself. There's no other batch or class for MCA in DU for the same year. Only the north campus offers it when seen concerning whole Delhi University.

 Most colleges in Delhi University accept CAT scores and generally the seats are given on merit basis apart from the reservations. The most sought after colleges in DU for MBA are: FMS Delhi - Fees of 2 Lacs, Average placements - 32.4 Lacs per annum, CAT cutoff - 99.5+ Percentile for general student. DSE - Fees of around 30 thousand, Average placements - 13.94 Lacs per annum, CAT cutoff - 96-7 Percentile for general student. DBE - Fees of around 25 thousand. According to last year DU UG counselling & DU PG counselling will be conducted through offline mode. The authority of counselling will release the list of candidate selected for counselling. The selected candidates need to appear for interview or group discussion round as per the course you have chosen. It has few steps also for counselling :-
1- the merit list or DU cutoff for UG based courses will be released by the university for providing admission.
2- the list of cutoffs can be viewed through the website.
3- candidate need to register themselves for counselling procedure.

The evening colleges of DU allow students to earn for their living and educational expenses while learning another advantage is that evening college provides you ample of time for preparing competitive exams like CS CA CAT for which morning college students often miss lectures because of certain reasons. It started after the morning college somewhere around 3:00pm till 7:30.

Marks requirement for general category is 60% marks (in four subject including mathematics). OBC category is 54% marks (in four subjects including mathematics). PwD/CW category is 57% marks (in four subject including mathematics) this much percentage is required in the 12th grade to get an admission in Delhi University.
