The fee structure ranges from 15,000 - 30,000 for most of the DU colleges for M.Com regular students. You can visit the individual college website in order to SEE their specific fee structure every year.

Getting into Hindu College requires a very high percentage till last year. But now onwards, entrance-based exams are followed in DU which is CUET. Still, you need to have 85% in your class 12th to register.

Yes, there is certain deduction but it keeps on changing year to year. Also, now CUET is being followed and given weightage for admission in DU colleges. Students need to do better in exams in order to take admission. % deduction is not a major thing now onwards.

For sol, seats bifurcation is their in terms of direct admissions & entrance exams. Direct route is only for DU students. Other students applying for M.Com in DU sol needs to take entrance exams only in order to get admission. Although, at least 70% needs to be their in B.Com and for entrance also 80% is required.
