Yes, you are eligible for the few DU colleges. You need to SEE the previous year cuttoff to check your eligibility. But now, you need to appear for CUET entrance to order to avail a seat in DU for regular colleges.

M.Com entrance exams happen in aug - September month nearly every year. And cutoff released from oct. end month.

Getting into Hindu College requires a very high percentage till last year. But now onwards, entrance-based exams are followed in DU which is CUET. Still, you need to have 85% in your class 12th to register.
