The eligibility criteria of B.A. Hons. Economics of DU is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. An aggregate of 60% marks or more in one Language from List A1, a combination of other best three elective subjects from Lists A and B.
2. Out of the best two chosen above, non-inclusion of Economics will lead to a deduction of 1% on the aggregate of the Best Four.
3. Inclusion of any subject other than those given in Lists A and B in the best two will lead to a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four.
Additional eligibility criteria : Applicants must have passed in Mathematics in the qualifying examination i.e. 12th.
So from above, mathematics at 12th level is mandatory for B.A. Hons. economics. Further, the cutoff of B.A. Hons. economics goes too higher (above 97%). So your chances are very less.

First step : Completion of class XII with at least 55% marks under the Indian education system (CBSE or ICSE)or any equivalent board in India or overseas, with English and Mathematics at the class X level. Candidates from abroad should have completed their A levels (under the British system). Second Step: Filling in the application form through online/ offline mode. Third Step : Due to the prevailing situation in the country appearing for a Simulation / case study test is not done, Online interviews are taken. After which the decision of admission is made.
